Commercial kitchen metal shelving provides organized storage for cookware, tableware, food containers, turnover baskets, seasonings, packaged food, and dry ingredients.

The four-level design uses vertical space along walls and inside storage areas. It keeps frequently used items away from worktops and floors while adding storage capacity without requiring a closed cabinet.

The shelving can be installed in kitchen storage rooms, cold rooms, dishwashing areas, food processing rooms, hotel service areas, and dry-goods warehouses. Its open structure allows staff to see stored items directly, making regular access, replenishment, and stock checking more convenient.

Slatted or Flat Shelf Construction

 

The available models include four-level slatted shelving and four-level flat shelving.

Slatted shelves have spaces between the supporting sections. Air and water can pass through the shelf surface, making this structure suitable for cookware, turnover baskets, and items used in wet working areas.

Washed containers can continue draining while placed on the slatted shelves. This reduces standing water on a continuous surface.

Flat shelving provides a complete supporting surface. It is suitable for small containers, packaged ingredients, dry food, and seasonings that could fall through a slatted structure.

Buyers should select the shelf type according to item dimensions, moisture conditions, package stability, and normal handling methods rather than choosing only by appearance.

Common shelving length is approximately 800–2,000mm, with a depth of about 400–600mm.

A shallower structure can fit into narrow passages or store smaller items. A deeper unit can hold larger cookware, boxes, and turnover containers. The material may be 201 or 304 stainless steel.

Adjustable feet can be used to stabilize commercial kitchen metal shelving on a slightly uneven floor. Some models can also use casters, allowing staff to move the shelf for floor cleaning or to reorganize the storage area.

The source material does not provide a fixed load rating. The required load should therefore be discussed according to shelf dimensions, supporting structure, material thickness, and the items to be stored.

A sample may be arranged before mass production. An order containing both slatted and flat models can be discussed when the number of different specifications is not too complex.

Every finished unit receives a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Remote installation communication, spare-parts support, and a one-year warranty are available after delivery.
