A smaller-capacity model may be suitable for a tea room, office, or small restaurant. Schools, company canteens, and other locations with concentrated water demand should select the equipment according to the expected peak-hour consumption.
The operating temperature is normally close to boiling point. However, actual water temperature may be affected by altitude and the selected control setting. Buyers should confirm the installation location and intended use before choosing a model.
Automatic water replenishment adds water when the internal water level falls, helping the equipment maintain a more continuous supply during service.
Electrical and Installation Requirements
In addition to automatic filling, heating, and temperature holding, the equipment can include low-water protection, dry-heating protection, and temperature-control devices.
Before installation, buyers should confirm the available electrical capacity, water inlet, drainage conditions, and equipment position. Higher-power models may require a single-phase or three-phase electrical configuration according to the site power supply.
